Our ultimate goal is

to make a Certified TRAINER and SUPERVISOR of the Lay Pastors Ministry in the world.

1) Certificate of LPM at Melvin University.

One year course●

2) Then, if they want to be a formal LPM TRAINER, they need to be trained for another 6 months with us individually.

(But they should be senior pastors of local churches.)●

3) Then if they want to be SUPERVISOR, open center, train center, they need to be with us another 6 months.●
